All Pest Control Services vary in cost. It depends on several factors including the type of pest, the treatment required, the size of the infestation and if any follow up treatments are required to resolve the issue.
All the pesticides and rodenticides used by JRG Pest Control are approved for use by the AEPMA in all sensitive environments including schools, hospitals, aged care facilities and food processing facilities. We do however ask that during the treatment, children, pregnant females and pets are removed from the areas of treatment for the duration of the service. The products we use are odourless and stainless, once dry, you can continue as normal.
Most residential services will take between 60-90mins. Please allow an additional 60mins for the products to dry, this may vary depending on the weather conditions on the day.
We recommend that our customers service their property every 6-12 months. Of course, this all depends on the surrounding environment and your personal tolerance for pests etc.
A termite inspection is essential to spot termite activity before it becomes a larger problem. Australian Standard recommends all residential properties be inspected for termites every 12 months, more frequently in high pressure areas. Termites cause thousands of dollars to homes before owners are aware they even have a problem. For this reason, we highly recommend annual termite inspections.
We are confident in the services we offer. This is why we offer a 3-month warranty period for all our General Pest treatments. However, warranty periods may vary due to several factors such as the type of pest, the property itself and any environmental or housekeeping issues found at the time of service. We will confirm your warranty in writing on the day of treatment.
Please note: Our warranty periods only cover a re-infestation. All warranty period information is outlined in the Pre-Treatment Advice Notice which will be forwarded to you upon acceptance of the quotation. The sighting of one insect does not constitute a reinfestation.
